Represent Personameant Solutions at local events and networking functions
Conduct discovery conversations and qualify leads
Schedule consultations using our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email
Report weekly activity to the Operations Manager
Meet monthly appointment-setting and conversion goals
Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly
Self-starter accountable to goals
Passion for small business success
Reliable transportation for local events
Sales or customer service experience preferred — training provided
Hourly pay (WIOA-funded for qualified candidates)

Identify and build relationships with local business organizations, churches, chambers, and nonprofits
Represent Personameant Solutions and FRA at community events and expos
Distribute marketing materials and educate the community on available services
Coordinate tabling opportunities, pop-ups, and local collaborations
Capture leads and enter them into GHL CRM
Support outreach for Built to Stay Open™ cohort enrollment
Provide weekly outreach summaries to the Operations Manager
Deeply connected to the Fayetteville/Cumberland County community
Organized, dependable, and great with people
Comfortable speaking about business services in approachable language
Experience in outreach, community organizing, marketing, or nonprofit work preferred
Reliable transportation required
